The Players Course is well kept has a few holes that have extra large sand traps. Like the 12th hole, it has a hugh sand trap that is almost two thirds of the enitire 182 yards. You have to trust your distances with your shots, and know that you can make it with the right club.

Normally in better condition the Players Course is a good for medimum to experanced golfers. It can easily be enjoyed by beginners too. Relitively flat but if you are wide of the fairways the course has dog legs, water, sand, or trees, to make your recovery golf shot tuff.

The Classic Course is well kept and is about the same length as the Players Course. The fairways are failry wide and mostly lined with trees. Some fairways are closer to the public park and can get somewhat loud. Other fairways are lined with very wide trees, if you end up wide inthe trees you normally have to lay-up just to get back in the fairway, to be able to get a shot at the green.

The main differences would be cost, overall conditons, and difficulty. The Classic Course is an easier course for beginners, and high handicapers. We suggest the Players Course, for the money it's not much more and it is worth it. The driving range at Mile Square has standard mats nothing fancy, and a flat field with flags for distances.
The main complaints from our players was the conditions of the fairways and difficulty of getting food at the turn. Both courses have seperate snack shacks, and they are both not always open. The different times we went, the fairways were mostly good but a few bads parts, so overall the conditions are still good.
